Vele Stene su, kako ime kaže, velike stijene na jugozapadu Silbe, vidljive i sa putničkih brodova. Velike gromade stijena nalaze se i u moru pred obalom. Na obali je šljunak i ravne stijene, dok je morsko dno uglavnom stjenovito. Do Velih Stena se dolazi skretanjem sa puta Silba - Sv. Ante ili obalom od Pocukmarka.
Vele Stene (in Croatian: "Big Rocks") are rocks on the southwestern coast of Silba, well visible from the passenger ships. Big rocks can be found in the sea in front of the coast. There is pebble and big rocks on the coast, while the sea bottom is mostly rocky. Vele Stene can be reached turning from the path Silba - Sv. Ante or walking on the coast from Pocukmarak.
Vele Stene (Grandi Rocce) sono la parte rocciosa della costa sudoccidentale di Silba, ben visibile da bordo delle navi passeggeri. Se ne possono trovare anche in mare di fronte alla costa. La riva ha ciottoli e grandi rocce, il fondo è roccioso massimamente. Vele Stene si può raggiungere deviando dal sentiero Silba – Sv. Ante o lungo la costa da Pocukmarak.
