Papranica je prostrana šljunčana uvala. Morsko dno je uglavnom kombinacija šljunka i kamena (u dubljoj vodi je pijesak). Na istočnom kraju Papranice nalazi se nekoliko kuća s barkama vezanim na malom muliću. Papranica se nalazi na putu od mjesta Silbe do Pernastice (iz Silbe se izlazi kod crkvice Sv. Ivana).
Papranica is a spacious pebble beach. The sea bottom mostly consists of pebble and rock (of sand in the deeper part of the bay). On the easternmost edge of the bay there are a few houses with boats at a small pier. Papranica is located on the path from village Silba to Pernastica (one exits Silba near the small church of Sv. Ivan).
Papranica è una spaziosa spiaggia di ciottoli. Il fondo del mare consiste perlopiu di ciottoli e rocce (sabbia nei punti piu profondi). All'estremità orientale ci sono alcune case, delle barche e un moletto. Papranica è sulla strada da Silba a Pernastica (uscendo da Silba vicino alla chiesetta di Sv. Ivan).
